DraftKings introduced Crown Cash on August 13, 2026, as a unified rewards currency for its digital gaming and sports betting platforms. The new system allows players to track and redeem earnings across multiple services within the company’s ecosystem.
Crown Cash displays earned value in $ and operates across DraftKings online casino, sportsbook, Jackpocket, and Golden Nugget Online Gaming. DraftKings Predictions will receive currency support in a future update. The platform also added three new player benefits: Casino Weekly Bonus Back, Birthday Bonus, and Crown Cash Boosts.
The existing five-tier loyalty framework remains unchanged, with Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Onyx levels continuing to operate under the previous structure. Chief Customer Officer Shawn Henley stated that the updated program delivers "greater consistency and connection across DraftKings" while providing clearer reward tracking for users.
