Facility Background and Ownership Transfer
The Leeds location opened in 2016 as part of the wider Victoria Gate retail and leisure development. Before this purchase, the casino was owned and operated by a subsidiary of VGC.This acquisition continues Merkur’s approach to growing its physical presence in the British market. The company has previously integrated large retail gaming sites into its network to support commercial operations.
